By accessing or placing an order on rangvastraa.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. Rangvastraa reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen settings. For custom-stitched or made-to-measure pieces, please refer to the specific product listing for details.

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. Rangvastraa reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock, with a full refund issued to the original payment method. For custom or made-to-measure orders, a non-refundable advance may be collected at the time of booking.

We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days; express options may be available at checkout. For custom and stitched orders, please allow 10–21 business days depending on the complexity. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Rangvastraa is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Ready-to-wear products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Custom-stitched, made-to-measure, and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective. To initiate a return, please contact us at rangvastraa.studio@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

All custom blouse stitching and made-to-measure garments are crafted specifically for you. Once confirmed and production has begun, cancellations are not accepted. Please provide accurate measurements at the time of order — Rangvastraa is not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Minor variations (±0.5 inch) are normal in handcrafted garments.

Ready-to-wear orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled — please use the returns process instead. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Rangvastraa and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Rangvastraa's liability in connection with any product or order shall not exceed the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We encourage customers to contact us first at rangvastraa.studio@gmail.com to resolve any concerns amicably before pursuing legal action.
