Answers to the questions we hear most about orders, shipping, returns, custom stitching, and caring for your pieces.

Orders & Payment

  • We accept UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and popular wallets. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number.
  • Ready-to-wear orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched. Custom and made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please contact us at rangvastraa.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days across India. Express options may be available at checkout. For custom and made-to-measure orders, please allow 10–21 business days depending on the complexity of the piece.
  • Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India. Free shipping is available on orders above a certain amount — the threshold is shown at checkout.
  • We currently ship within India only. International shipping is something we are working towards. Please follow our social media for updates.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Custom-stitched and made-to-measure garments are non-returnable. Please see our Returns page for full details.
  • Email us at rangvastraa.studio@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Custom & Made-to-Measure

  • Share your measurements and fabric/style preferences via WhatsApp or the contact form. Our team will guide you through fabric selection, neckline, sleeve, and embellishment options. Once confirmed, we craft your piece and ship within 10–21 business days.
  • For blouses and cholis: bust, waist, hip, shoulder width, sleeve length, and blouse length. For lehengas: waist, hip, and length. Our team will send you a detailed measurement guide on request.
  • Minor alterations (±0.5 inch) are included for custom orders. For larger adjustments, a nominal fee may apply. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help.

Products & Sizing

  • Yes. Our ready-to-wear pieces follow standard Indian sizing (XS–XXL). Each product listing includes a detailed size chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
  • For most ethnic wear, we recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand wash in cold water. Avoid soaking embellished or embroidered pieces. Iron on low heat with a cloth between the iron and fabric. Store in a breathable cloth bag away from direct sunlight.
